    Once you've completed your purchase, you will have two opportunities to download. The "thank you" order confirmation page will provide a link. The guide will also be sent to the email you entered during checkout. Fulfillment may take a few minutes. From that email, you'll be able to download the PDF guide to any compatible devices, including your phone, tablet, or laptop.   • Do I need access to a gym?
    It depends! If you have a barbell, rack, bench, and dumbbells, then you'll be able to do all of the "gym workouts" from home. Otherwise, you'll need to complete the workouts from a standard gym. If you don't have access to a certain piece of equipment or don't feel comfortable using it, substitutions can be make for any exercise!
  • Is this program suitable for beginners?
    Yes! IGNITE is suitable for all fitness levels. There are demo photos included for every exercise. The workouts are designed so you can determine the difficulty, and push yourself as much as you are comfortable with. You're always welcome to make substitutions, take extra rest, or modify any exercises as needed. The program starts with an introduction to each style of training and gets gradually more difficult and intense each week.
  • Is this program suitable for an intermediate or advanced level?
    Yes! IGNITE is suitable for all fitness levels. The workouts are designed so you can determine the difficulty, and push yourself as much as you are comfortable with. You're always welcome to make substitutions, take extra rest, or modify any exercises as needed. Or if you're finding the workouts too easy, you can increase intensity by adding weight, reducing rest, or pushing yourself harder. The program starts with an introduction to each style of training and gets gradually more difficult and intense each week.
  • Can I use this program for physique goals, like losing fat or gaining muscle?
    Yes! Physique goals like fat loss and muscle gain require modifications to your nutrition and calorie intake. By tailoring your nutrition plan to fit your goals, IGNITE can be used to accomplish a range of body composition goals, including maintenance, gaining muscle, or losing fat.
  • Is there a subscription or recurring fee for this program?
    No! After you pay the one-time fee, you'll have lifetime access and ownership of the program once it is downloaded. It’s yours forever, and you can redo the program as many times as you’d like!
  • How long are the workouts?
    The workouts range from 5 to 45 minutes each.
  • How many days per week is this program?
    The program includes 5 workouts per week for 8 weeks, but you can complete the program at whatever pace you'd like! Our workout menus allow you to choose a workout "a la carte" depending on workout length, intensity, or location (home or gym).
  • What if I need an exercise substitution?
    No worries! There is no single exercise you HAVE TO do. You can make any substitutions or swaps you’d like by using the alternatives listed, or performing a similar exercise you would prefer. IGNITE is designed to be flexible to align with your needs and preferences.
  • Is this program on an app?
    No app needed! IGNITE is delivered as a PDF. You'll have lifetime ownership of the program once downloaded.
  • What if I can’t do jumps/plyometric exercises?
    The guide includes low-impact swaps and exercise alternatives. You're welcome to use the substitutions provided, or make your own swaps as needed.
  • Does this program include warm-ups and cooldowns?
    Yes! IGNITE includes quick, bodyweight-only options for both warm-ups and cooldowns.
  • Does this program come with ongoing support?
    IGNITE is a DIY, hands-off program, meaning that you’ll completed the workouts on your own and there is no coaching provided outside of the tips, demonstrations, and notes included in the program.
