Hi! I'm cadence.

So... how did we end up here?

I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, but​ during my first couple years at my corporate tech job, I completely neglected my health. I was the heaviest I'd ever been, struggled with body image, felt constantly fatigued, and wasn't taking care of myself.

If I wanted to look and feel good again, I knew I needed to figure out how to fit health and fitness into my lifestyle. I spent hundreds of dollars on fitness apps and programs, but nothing clicked. I just couldn't stay consistent long enough to see results. After a year of experimenting, I still couldn't find a program that worked for me. It felt like I'd tried everything.

I kept thinking,​

​"Is iT that hard to write A WORKOUT PLAN THAt FITS INTO REAL LIFE?”

Apparently, yes.​ 

 

With each new program I tried (even the ones marketed for a "busy schedule"), I found myself wondering... had the people writing these programs ever been to a busy commercial gym at 7 AM on a Tuesday? Or fit 5 gym sessions into an already packed schedule? I decided to quit my job to create something I felt was so needed in this space: a realistic, effective workout plan for a busy schedule.

I dove headfirst into research and earned my personal training and nutrition certifications. I spent a year building, testing, and refining my approach to fitness for both physique results, and overall wellbeing. I quickly realized:

You don't need more time... you need a better workout plan.

Most programs require an hour or more in an empty gym, where you can frolic between different machines and equipment. With IGNITE, all you need is 45 minutes (or less) and either a barbell or dumbbell. For some sessions, all you need is your body weight at home.

 

Every minute you invest in these workouts will be well spent; each session was meticulously designed to be as effective and efficient as possible. This program is for the people who've bought so many workout plans that looked perfect on paper, but fell apart the moment real life happened.
